Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international non-government organization, operating in Vietnam since 1994. In partnership with the government and communities, CRS implements programs in 09 provinces/cities in Vietnam. The Vietnam Program has a diverse funding base in the sectors of Disabilities, Mine Action and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, and Community-based Climate Change Adaptation. We are now seeking a Service provider for the Design and development of an Online training module on EORE and SBC approach for community-based personnel in RAPPORT project areas with the following details: Contract duration: June – October 2026 Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR & Appendix 1) for full details of the task. The application should include: Technical proposal:The technical proposal needs to be in English language and should include: Letter of expression of interest A copy of the business license (if any) Technical proposal (approach, methodology, work plan) Portfolio of similar e‑learning products produced by the company for its previous clients Team CVs Financial proposal: Financial proposal should be submitted as a breakdown of costs.
